Robert leaves a very special Legacy
Robert had the ability to make everyone no matter how young or old feel so special
that is such a rare gift
He treated people the way he would want to be treated and nothing less would do
When Robert entered the room he lit it up with
"Sunshine"
from that handsome smile and crystal blue eyes
His friends knew how much he loved to 
clown around with them,
they also knew that when they were sad he had
the nack to put a smile back on their face again
Robert played with everybody and didn't care
the age, color or religion of anyone.
He loved to play football at recess with all his buds
so, guys remember him smiling as he scored 
his last touchdown and having so much fun
His teachers would say to me if I had 
25 children like him I'd teach seven days a week
and summers too!
One teacher, Mrs. Egetter from 1st grade,
once told me on a class trip 
"you have a gem in the rough"
If you were lucky enough to have met him then 
you knew Roberts' unquestionable loyalty to
"His Family"
and the importance of real friendship
He leaves behind a wonderful legacy
so, when you think of Robert, just smile
and be glad you were blessed with
a wonderful old soul & loyal "Friend"
